Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.peaklineappliancerepairsandiego.com and the appliance repair services provided by PeakLine Appliance Repair San Diego ("PeakLine," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2229 Second Ave, San Diego, CA 92101. By accessing our website or scheduling our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services
PeakLine provides professional appliance repair services in San Diego, CA including but not limited to:
- Residential and commercial appliance diagnosis and repair
- Appliance parts replacement using OEM or equivalent quality parts
- Appliance installation and maintenance services
- Emergency appliance repair services
Service availability is subject to technician availability and geographic coverage. We serve all San Diego neighborhoods including La Jolla, North Park, Pacific Beach, Hillcrest, and others. See our full service area list.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free written estimates before performing any repair work. An estimate is an approximation based on the technician’s initial diagnosis. The final price will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

- The price quoted in writing is the price you pay — no hidden fees
- If additional issues are discovered during repair, we will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding
- Pricing may vary based on parts availability, appliance brand, and repair complexity
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, major credit cards, and personal checks. We do not charge your payment method until the repair is complete and you have reviewed and approved the final invoice.
Warranty Policy
All completed repairs are covered by our 90-day parts and labor warranty from the date of service. Under this warranty:
- If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we will return and repair it at no additional charge
- The warranty covers the specific issue repaired, not unrelated appliance failures
- Warranty is void if the appliance is misused, improperly maintained, damaged by unauthorized repair attempts, or subjected to power surges after our service
- Warranty applies to the original service address only
Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments are scheduled by phone at (619) 704-3626. We request that you:
- Provide 2 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Ensure an adult (18+) is present during the service appointment
- Provide safe access to the appliance and surrounding area
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. Delays due to traffic, extended prior repairs, or other circumstances may occasionally occur. We will contact you promptly if we expect a significant delay.
Customer Responsibilities
By scheduling our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your appliance and the issue
- Ensure the appliance is accessible and the surrounding area is clear and safe
- Have an adult (18+) present for the duration of the service visit
- Inform our technician of any known hazards (gas leaks, electrical issues, etc.)
- Follow the technician’s post-repair instructions and recommendations
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, PeakLine’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to food spoilage resulting from appliance failure, property damage not directly caused by technician negligence, or loss of use of the appliance during the repair period.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of PeakLine Appliance Repair San Diego and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Diego County, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
